The Hammonds Plains Community Centre is located in the heart of Hammonds Plains, 2041 Hammonds Plains Road at Glen Arbour Way. We are 27 minutes from Halifax downtown or international airport.

• use of tables & chairs. Renter is responsible for set up and tear down.
• a free 30-minutes before & after your rental time for set up and tear down.

Rates are per space: Firefighters Hall OR Kitchen/Meeting Room. If you want to rent the entire main floor, first select the Firefighters Hall then click the Kitchen Add on option.

• Damage/Cleaning Deposit – This deposit is fully refundable after the hall is inspected after your rental, assuming no issues.
• Booking Deposit – 25% of your rental fee is due within 7 days of booking in order to secure your date.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • You have 7 days from date of booking to review the invoice and rental terms and conditions. After that time, the booking deposit shall become non-refundable.
  • If you cancel with 7 days or more notice, HPCC will refund the rental fees paid less the non-refundable booking deposit.
  • If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, no refund will made.

NOTE: All rentals are subject to final approval by HPCC. Bookings are firm when (1) BOOKING DEPOSIT is paid and (2) you have accepted the Venue Rental Terms and Conditions herein or signed a rental agreement.
